The following are the governing documents of the Royal Outlands Interkingdom University.

The ROIU Handbook is for everyone and describes the functioning of the University, Colleges and Divisions, Degrees and other recognitions.

The Admin Manual explains the rules by which the University and its Board of Regents conduct business.
